5 Types of Guys Women Avoid

Every woman has different tastes in guys. Some like the bad boy, some like the jock, some like a guy who can make her laugh (I actually think that’s most women, really). However, there are certain red flags that get raised when a woman meets a guy that inevitably turn her off, and would do the same to almost any lady. Here are DatePro’s 5 types of guys that women avoid.
1- Lack of ambition
No, women don’t assume your life goals include a corner office or a 7 figure salary. All we want to know is that you have some sort of goal, whether it be tangible or not, that you’re working towards. Even if you’re just a surfer dude who loves travelling, there are ways to make your passion a way of life that will prove to be successful and fulfilling.
2- No chivalry
Once again, there is no need to take this to an unattainable level. We don’t expect that you open every car door or pay for every meal, but being a gentleman is still, even in this new decade, romantic and endearing. Treating us like a buddy will make us friend zone you so fast you won’t realize it till we’re calling you about our new boyfriend.
3- No date planning
The “I dunno,” “I don’t care,” “Whatever, you pick” thing gets really old, really fast. Similar to the gentleman trait we desire, we want you to be a little aggressive and take charge. While we, of course, don’t mind picking the destination occasionally, we’d like it if you showed some initiative and picked cool places for us to go sometimes.
4- Passing judgment on women
Somehow, we’d rather you talk crap about guys than girls. The second you start badmouthing women around you, whether it be for their body, dress, or voice, we get both defensive for our gender and irritated that you’re paying so much attention to other chicks.
5- Tons of female friends / no male friends
WHY DO YOU HAVE SO MANY GIRLFRIENDS? No, no, we understand, “it’s not like that!” and you just “get along with girls better.” But look. Please, for all that is holy, get some guy friends. We’d be much nicer when you went out with your friends if their names weren’t Amy, Sarah, and Natalie.
We’re not all looking for a guy who you see on Match.com commercials, we just want a guy who acts like a guy, and isn’t a big jerk. Can you do that for us? Please?
