Breaking up is hard to do, and the feeling of worthlessness and discomfort can span days or even weeks. While there’s no sure-fire way to immediately get over a break up, we came up with a few interesting ones that should help next time you end a relationship.
1. Make a big change
Lots of time being in a relationship, as wonderful and great as you may think it is, holds you back from doing something exciting, like moving out of state or taking a trip. Putting away the photos and letters that remind you of the ex is always a great idea, but just giving your pad a nice cleaning will improve your mood too!
